How to Use

1. Sit comfortably and rest for at least 5 minutes before measuring.
2. Wrap the cuff securely around your upper arm, approximately 1–2 cm above the elbow.
3. Keep your arm relaxed and positioned at heart level.
4. Press the power button to begin the automatic measurement.
5. Remain still and do not talk during the measurement.
6. Read the systolic, diastolic, and pulse values displayed on the screen or listen to the voice guidance.
7. The device automatically stores the reading for future reference.
