Bezmialem Vakıf Olive Oil is a premium olive oil made from early-harvest olives grown in the Kaz Mountains and Aegean region of Türkiye. Produced using the cold-pressing method, it preserves the olives’ natural aroma, flavor and beneficial compounds.

Its distinctive sensory profile combines fresh grass, tomato, unripe apricot, green herbs, basil, black pepper and spring-flower notes. Naturally rich in polyphenols, it offers a balanced bitterness and gentle pungency characteristic of high-quality early-harvest olive oils.

With its low acidity, intense aroma and carefully controlled production process, it offers a refined and naturally distinctive taste for everyday use.

Olive Oil Quality Guide

A high-quality olive oil should be evaluated according to several factors:

  • Early harvest & cold pressing: Green olives are harvested before full ripeness and processed at low temperatures to help preserve their natural properties.
  • Extra virgin quality: Extra virgin olive oil is obtained only through mechanical methods and has a maximum free acidity of 0.8%.
  • Aroma & taste: Fresh, fruity and vibrant aromas are positive characteristics. Stale, moldy or metallic aromas may indicate quality or storage problems.
  • Acidity: Low acidity is an important quality indicator, but it should be considered together with production method, sensory characteristics and storage conditions.
  • Bitterness & pungency: A bitter taste and mild throat sensation can naturally occur in polyphenol-rich, early-harvest olive oils and are not necessarily defects.

How to Store

  • Store in a dark, cool and dry place.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight and strong artificial light.
  • Close the bottle tightly after each use to reduce air exposure.
  • Keep away from heat sources and temperature fluctuations; around 18–24°C is generally suitable.
  • Avoid storing near strong odors such as spices, detergents or cleaning products.
  • Keep in its original glass packaging whenever possible.
  • Consume relatively soon after opening to preserve freshness and aroma.
  • Do not judge olive oil quality by color alone; aroma and taste are more meaningful indicators.
  • Manufactured in Türkiye.
