Directions for use
Method I: place 1 serving (60g) in a bowl. Gradually mix in approximately 100ml (1/2 glass) milk. Stir until smooth. Heat a frying pan, add the desired amount of pancake mixture and cook on both sides as required. Serve hot. Method II: optionally add an egg together with the milk to increase the protein content and enhance the flavour.
