Ingredients

Lemon balm leaf, linden flower, Anatolian sage, chamomile flower, ginger rhizome, peppermint, and orange peel.

How to Use

Place 1 Fitomer Winter Tea Bag in a cup.

Add 200 ml of boiled hot water, cover the cup, and steep for 10 minutes before drinking.

It is recommended to consume it 3 times a day, before meals.

You can add lemon if desired.
