Venatura Vitamin B12 MA is a food supplement that delivers 1000 µg of vitamin B12 per tablet in two active coenzyme forms, methylcobalamin and 5'-deoxyadenosylcobalamin. Each orally disintegrating tablet (ODT) is placed under the tongue and simply melts away, no water needed.

Directions for Use
