Usage Information
Protein powder can be consumed mixed with water or milk.
The amount of liquid used affects the intensity of the flavour. Using approximately 200 ml of liquid results in a more intense flavour, while increasing the amount to approximately 350 ml results in a milder flavour.
The amount of water can be adjusted according to taste.
We recommend consuming 1 serving after your workout. If you are training very intensely and cannot compensate for your protein needs through regular meals, you can also consume 1 additional serving between meals, for a total of 2 servings.
