How to Use

Cold Therapy

1. Place the gel compress in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
2. Insert it into the protective cover or wrap it in a clean towel.
3. Apply to the affected area for 15–20 minutes.
4. Allow the skin to return to normal temperature before reapplying.

Hot Therapy

1. Heat the gel compress in hot water (removed from heat) for 5–6 minutes or microwave according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Place it inside the protective cover or wrap it in a clean towel.
3. Check the temperature before application.
