Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard delivery within takes 7-14 business days to all world
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are dispatched the same day.
- A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Hygiene seals or protective films must remain intact.
- All accessories included with the product must be returned.

- We will send you a return shipping label and instructions by email.
- Ship the item to the address provided.
- Once received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic and skincare products, personal care items, and sale items cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
