Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

2. Subject

This Distance Sales Agreement governs the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer on the Seller’s e-commerce website, in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Product Information

The type, quantity, brand, model, color, sale price (including VAT), and payment method of the product(s) are as specified in the order summary presented to the Buyer prior to completing the purchase.

4. Delivery

The product(s) will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 30 days from the date the order is confirmed, unless otherwise stated. Delivery is carried out via contracted cargo companies. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the cargo company or force majeure events.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason and without penalty.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing via the Contact page within the 14-day period. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories intact.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products prepared in line with the consumer’s personal requests or clearly personalized products.
• Perishable goods or products with an expiry date.
• Products whose protective elements (e.g., hygiene seals) have been opened after delivery, where return is unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons.

6. Return Process

Once the Seller receives the returned product and confirms it meets the return conditions, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the Buyer’s original payment method within 14 days.

7. Confidentiality

The Seller will process the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation (KVKK / GDPR).

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from this agreement, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer’s or Seller’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade each year.

9. Acceptance

By completing a purchase on www.medicinist.com, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Distance Sales Agreement.
