Directions for use
Add salt and, optionally, a little olive oil to boiling water. Add Mealjoy high-protein pasta. Cook for approximately 14-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the desired consistency is reached. Drain and serve. Add pasta sauce, yoghurt or other accompaniments if desired.
