Usage
Protein powders can be consumed mixed with water or milk.
The amount of liquid used affects the intensity of the flavour. Using approximately 200 ml of liquid results in a more intense flavour, while increasing the amount to approximately 350 ml results in a milder flavour.
The amount of water can be adjusted according to taste.
We recommend consuming 1 serving after your workout. If you are training very intensely and cannot compensate for your protein needs through regular meals, you can also consume 1 serving between meals, for a total of 2 servings.
