How to Use

1. Boil water and let it cool slightly (ideally below 80°C); do not use boiling water.

2. Fill the bag only up to two-thirds capacity to allow for air expansion.

3. Gently expel excess air before securely screwing on the cap.

5. Place the covered bag on the affected area for soothing warmth.
