ON THE GO RECOVERY-Sports Supplement is a powdered sports nutrition product containing carbohydrates, proteins, amino acids, and electrolytes. It is developed to provide the energy needed for high-endurance sports such as running, cycling, and swimming.
It contains 40 g of carbohydrates and 20 g of whey protein per serving, with a 2:1 carbohydrate-to-whey-protein ratio. The formula combines fast-mixing carbohydrates with patented Palatinose™ (Isomaltulose), which mixes slowly.
ON THE GO RECOVERY also contains 3,000 mg of BCAAs, including added L-Leucine, and 2,000 mg of L-Glutamine. It is rich in vitamins and minerals and contains electrolytes.
